Personal Coaching
As a coach for e-commerce social sellers, I saw it over and over: family demands, chaotic schedules, overwhelm with social media, customer rejection, and family opinions that felt like too much extra along with trying to be a new version of themselves selling their business online.
The end result was that regardless of their dreams, quitting was the only solution that really resolved all of the extra issues they were having.
Regardless of what they were promoting online, they were all trying to balance it with another role in their life without the understanding or guidance with how to actually do it.
Their personal life always affected their work life, and vice versa.
And it was never about the skills needed or the requirements to succeed that kept them stuck, but their own struggles that they didn’t believe they could see a way out of.
And they didn’t have anyone to talk to about it. Not in a way where they actually saw genuine help and felt that relief of not being alone anymore.
When do you ever have time to talk about the things you’re truly struggling with, that keep you up at night, that keep coming up for you in your relationships or online business? And when you do bring it up with friends your problems never truly get better, or it’s with a business mentor with an agenda for the conversation and the result they want you to have in your life.
That’s what Personal Coaching is for:
It’s short, scheduled time where you finally start to work on yourself. No agenda. No fixing. Just actual time for you to breathe, think, sort it out, and gain some valuable tools for where and how to take the next step in your life. You’ve been dealing with some hard things. You never normally have time to think about it all. But if something doesn’t change, you aren’t sure you can keep going on the way things are.
This is a private one-on-one conversation where you bring the situations that are keeping you up at night, stressed, glued to your phone, and keeping you from the person you really want to be.
I’m the confidante who listens, gives you the space to fall apart without judging, and shows you how to find your way out of the personal life stuff that keeps interrupting you from being the mom, coach, homeschooler, wife, or entrepreneur that you really want to be. It’s not too late: Your story is just beginning.
