Molly Engle is a certified Life Coach with the prestigious Life Coach School, specializing in helping women—particularly those who identify as Highly Sensitive Persons (HSP)—navigate the delicate balance between family life, health, and professional pursuits. Based in Michigan, Molly homeschools her two children while supporting her husband’s demanding schedule as a Detroit firefighter. With a diverse background, Molly holds a degree in fine art, which led to the publication of two children’s books and a nationwide Storytime tour, and has worked as a career nanny implementing early childhood education. She also co-built a successful business in Social Retail with her twin sister.
Molly’s journey of self-discovery began during her four-plus years as a social seller, where outward success masked feelings of burnout, disconnection, and the quiet exhaustion of not honoring her own needs. Despite achieving professional milestones, Molly struggled with constant fatigue, emotional overwhelm, and the pressure of trying to live up to others’ expectations. She often felt misunderstood, and as an empath, she was deeply affected by the emotions of those around her, which made balancing her career, health, and personal life even more challenging. But her turning point came when she overheard her 4-year-old daughter say, “Mommy is grumpy today, so be quiet, brother, and let her do her work.” In that moment, she realized that in her pursuit of success, she had lost the joy and connection she had hoped to protect for her family.
It was in this moment of vulnerability that Molly embraced her true self and began working toward a life that aligned with her passions and values. She realized that her struggle with chronic fatigue, often misunderstood as laziness or lack of motivation, was tied to her own experience of Idiopathic Hypersomnia (IH) and her innate sensitivity. These challenges, once seen as obstacles, became the keys to her personal growth and purpose. She channeled her journey into coaching other women who are also highly sensitive, experiencing fatigue or chronic health concerns, and seeking a life that honors their well-being while pursuing work that lights them up.
In 2022, Molly earned her coaching certification from the Life Coach School, followed by further certifications in brain and thought re-wiring. Now, she empowers women to break free from burnout, rediscover their passions, and build fulfilling lives based on their own unique values. Molly helps women, especially those in the entrepreneurial world, find their rhythm between the demands of family and career, offering them the tools to create lives they love from a place of ease and joy.
